Prices and Refund Policy

eVisapply.com is an independent private travel-document assistance service, operated by HYPERNET SOLUTIONS LLC, that helps travellers prepare for mandatory travel documents required for various destinations. We are not a government website or official issuer. Our service fee covers private assistance, information review, and dedicated customer support, and is separate from any official or government fee, so you can focus on planning your trip.

If you have any questions about prices, payments or refunds, you can contact us at [email protected].

How our service works

When you submit your application, our team immediately reviews your information for common errors, secures your data, and schedules the submission according to the official time window before your arrival.

Once this process has started, resources are allocated to your application, which is why refunds may no longer be possible after the processing stage begins.

Important: Applying early is correct

You can apply months in advance. Your information is securely stored and monitored, and your travel document is submitted only when the official time window opens before your arrival. This is one of the key benefits of our service.

Prices

Our fees depend on the destination and are shown below in full. The same amount is displayed before you enter any details and at every step of the request, so you always know the exact charge before paying.

Fee per destination

Destination	Document	Our fee, per traveller	Official government website
Aruba	ED Card	$69.99 USD	edcardaruba.aw
Curaçao	DI Card	$49.99 USD	dicardcuracao.com

Where a destination charges a mandatory government fee, that fee is included in the amount above. Fees may differ by country of residence; the exact amount that applies to you is always the one displayed on screen before payment.

Optional faster processing

These optional upgrades speed up our own handling of your request. They are charged once per request, not per traveller:

• Standard Service: included in the fee above, no surcharge
• Fast Service: additional USD 20.00 per request
• Ultra Premium Service: additional USD 50.00 per request

They shorten our internal review and submission-assistance steps only. They do not speed up, influence, or guarantee any decision by a government authority.

All prices are final and shown in United States Dollars (USD).

These are private assistance fees charged by us, not by any government authority. Using eVisapply is optional: travellers can complete the official process directly on the government websites listed above.

Our service fee is charged for the processing and handling of your online travel document application and for providing customer assistance throughout the process. The fee does not cover any costs that may be required by airlines, travel agencies or other third parties related to your trip.

Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change. To keep the process transparent and fair, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• Refunds are available only if the application has not yet entered the processing stage.
• Once processing has begun, no changes or refunds can be made.
• Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form or via email to [email protected].
• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What is considered the "processing stage"?

The processing stage begins once your application has been reviewed and prepared for submission, which may occur shortly after payment. Once our team has allocated resources to process your application, refunds are no longer available.

Common question: I applied months before my trip. Is my application already processed?

No. Applying early is correct and recommended. Your information is securely stored and monitored, and your travel document is submitted only when the official time window opens before your arrival. The processing stage refers to when we begin preparing your submission, not when you complete the form.

How to request a refund

1. Locate your order number and the email address used during the application.
2. Contact us through the website contact form or send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number and a short explanation of your request.
3. Our team at HYPERNET SOLUTIONS LLC will review your case and confirm whether your application is still eligible for a refund.

Please note that we can only consider refund requests that meet the above conditions and that are submitted before the application enters the processing stage.

Important Notice

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these pricing and refund terms. Please double-check all personal details before submitting your application, since incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays, denial of boarding or denial of entry by the relevant authorities.

eVisapply.com and HYPERNET SOLUTIONS LLC assist you in submitting your travel document application, but the final decision on your admission to your destination is made exclusively by the border and immigration authorities. We cannot be held responsible for any decision related to your entry, for airline policies or for additional documentation that may be required for your trip.
