eVisapply.com is an independent private travel-document assistance and travel-readiness service. We are not a government website, embassy, public authority, or official issuer, and we are not affiliated with any government or border authority. We provide paid private assistance for electronic travel formalities and related documents for the destinations listed on our website (for example ED Cards, Digital Immigration Cards, e-visas, or similar mandatory pre-arrival forms, depending on what the selected destination offers through its official channels). You may pre-contract this assistance ahead of travel: as your private assistant we collect and review your information, keep your prepared case ready in our systems, and—where a destination permits a third party to do so—help submit your prepared application through that destination's official channel when its rules allow, rather than requiring you to return manually at each eligibility date. What you receive includes: secure collection and review of your details; holding your prepared application until the relevant official submission window opens (see delivery policy below); assisted submission through the official channel where this is permitted; email (and SMS where enabled) notifications about status; and a copy of your prepared application or confirmation. We do not issue visas, ED Cards, DI Cards, arrival cards, eTAs, or any official travel document, and we do not approve, grant, or guarantee any application. Official requirements, approvals, fees, exemptions, and entry decisions are determined solely by the competent government or border authority. Using eVisapply is optional, and travellers may complete any required official process directly through the relevant official source without using our service. Our service fee is private and separate from any government or official fee.
Our service fees cover the assistance described above (review, storage, submission support, notifications, and customer support). Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) during the application flow and are final at the time of payment unless we communicate otherwise before you pay. Optional add-ons (such as faster processing tiers) are priced separately and added when you select them. Government or official fees may be included in the total where stated for your destination. Payment is taken securely through our authorised payment providers. By paying, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown. Your card or bank statement may display the descriptor “EVISAPPLY”.
How: Approved documents or confirmations are delivered electronically by email (and through your applicant area where available). We do not ship physical products.
Costs: There is no separate shipping fee; delivery is digital and included in the service fee you pay at checkout.
Our website allows you to pre-contract processing for the electronic travel formalities of the countries and products we list. In practice this means you can pay for and complete our intake in advance of travel; we then prepare your case and hold it ready until filing with the official portal is permitted under that destination’s rules.
Official submission windows. Many countries only permit travellers (or their authorised filers) to start or complete an official application within a fixed period before arrival. Typical examples seen in official guidance are limits such as “no earlier than three days before arrival” or “no earlier than seven days before arrival”, but the exact rule—including minimum and maximum lead times—depends on each destination and product and may change without notice on our side. If your planned arrival date means that window has not yet opened at the time you pay, your order covers preparing your application now and having our systems submit it automatically once the destination’s eligibility criteria for timing are satisfied.
Automatic submission. Subject to portal availability and technical compatibility, our systems attempt to lodge your application through the relevant official channel at the earliest moment the destination’s rules allow relative to the arrival date you provided (for example when the permitted filing window opens under the destination’s configuration, or when calculated countdown thresholds are met). You do not normally need to log back in solely because the calendar advances; updates will follow by email or in your applicant area where available. If official systems are down, require additional verification, or reject data, we may need to retry or contact you.
Imminent travel. If your arrival date is very close (for example tomorrow) and the destination’s official window for your case is already open—i.e. the rules allow filing at that proximity to travel—our automation will generally seek to submit as soon as practicable after your payment and successful internal checks, rather than delaying without reason. Conversely, if travel is far in the future and official rules forbid early filing, submission will necessarily occur closer to departure when those rules permit.
Important distinction: This automated scheduling relates to when we may lodge your application with official channels. It does not control how quickly border or immigration authorities review, approve, or refuse your application once filed; those timings remain governed solely by them.
Timelines (approval and variability): After filing, processing and approval depend on the destination’s authorities and can vary with workload, maintenance, identity or fraud checks, public holidays, data mismatches, or changes to eligibility. We aim to lodge your prepared application as early as official timing rules permit for your stated dates; we do not guarantee approval dates, issuance clock-times, or outcomes decided solely by third-party systems.
Optional processing tiers at checkout: Labels such as standard, fast, or ultra describe non-binding indicative targets for completing our internal review and submission-assistance steps under typical operating conditions. They are not guarantees that your approved document or confirmation will be delivered by any particular clock time; actual timing depends on official portals, queues, checks, outages, holidays, your travel dates relative to submission windows, and case complexity. Where checkout shows approximate durations (for example ranges expressed in hours), treat those figures as illustrative aims tied to our service tier only, subject to the limitations above.
You may request cancellation before your application has entered the processing stage (before we have allocated resources to prepare or submit your case to the official system). To cancel, contact us via the website contact form or by email at [email protected] with your full name and order reference. Once processing has started or your application has been submitted to the authorities, cancellation may no longer be possible under the same conditions; in those cases our refund rules apply where applicable.
Refund eligibility depends on whether processing has begun and on the circumstances of your order. Full details, including timeframes and how to submit a request, are set out on our Prices and Refund Policy page. Refund requests must be sent through our contact channels or to [email protected] with your order details. Nothing in this summary limits your statutory rights where they apply.
